David Gdanski is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and has over a decade of experience with private corporations and public companies in the capital markets. Mr. Gdanski provides strategic advisory services to public and private companies including corporate finance where he has directly led million dollar financings, marketing and communications, investor and public relations, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions.

Keith Anderson has been on the board of directors to several successful public mining companies for over 4 years.  Previously, he has over 20 years experience in the brokerage community as a Senior Investment Advisor at Canaccord Genuity. Throughout his career as an Investment Advisor, he has primarily focused on small-cap venture companies in the resources sector. Mr. Anderson has acquired extensive knowledge in the structuring and financing of junior resource companies. After 20 years in the industry, he has created deep industry relationships with mining executives and investors from around the world.

Joseph Meagher is a Director at Triumvirate Consulting Corp., a financial consulting firm, where he specializes in accounting and financial reporting.  Mr. Meagher currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director for several publicly listed companies. Prior to joining Triumvirate, Mr. Meagher worked at Smythe Ratcliffe LLP as a manager focusing on publicly listed and private company audits, as well as staff training and development. Mr. Meagher holds a CPA, CA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Peter Born is a P. Geol. with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada.  He brings more than 30 years experience exploring and evaluating mining properties for senior and junior Canadian and American resource companies.  He previously did exploration and research for sedimentary ore deposits (uranium, zinc, copper, and paleo-placer gold deposits).    He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Sedimentary Ore deposits, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, and Stratigraphy.

Mr. Born also has past experience as Senior Geologist and then Resource Geologist for Western Mining (WMC International Ltd) as well as modeling the geology/mineralization at the Aquarius mine (Timmins, Abitibi greenstone belt) for Echo Bay Mines.  He worked extensively in Archean greenstone terrains throughout Canada and modeled/explored gold systems/alteration halos in both iron formation gold deposits as well as vein type deposits.  As a Resource Geologist, Mr. Born dealt extensively with QA/QC issues with respect to data handling, data integrity, resource auditing, error assessment and uncertainty in generating both ore reserves and geological models.  His Ph.D. thesis includes an extensive study of the geological environment for the Timmins gold camp (65 million oz. of gold).  During his PhD studies he was a three time recipient of Canada’s prestigious National Science and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) Post-Graduate Scholarship (1991-1993).  He was one of the authors/leaders for the Geological Association of Canada Field Guide: Controls for Gold Mineralization in the Southern Abitibi Greenstone belt.  Trip 3B Guidebook, (1999). He is currently working from his Ottawa-based consulting firm for select Canadian and American resource companies

Will Rascan joins Alchemist’s Board with +25 years experience in the investment brokerage industry. Mr. Rascan’s business ranged from active international trading clients to raising capital for junior mining companies on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). Past firms include, CM Oliver, Research Capital, Blackmont and Jennings Capital. Prior to his years as an Investment Advisor, Mr. Rascan was Vice-President, Institutional Money Market Sales with ScotiaMcleod Inc.

Kelly Pladson  has acted as Corporate Secretary and provided corporate governance and regulatory compliance services to many TSX Venture and CSE listed companies since 2009. She works closely with the company’s CEO and legal counsel in maintaining corporate records, managing the day to day operations of the company and ensuring the company’s filings with the securities commissions and exchanges are accurately filed and in accordance with their deadlines. Prior to 2009, Ms. Pladson was an investment advisor’s assistant for two years.
